Any additions to the original scope were really clearly communicated and agreed on before any extra work commenced. We engaged the Niche team for demolition and a complete high-end rebuild of our apartment interior, within a listed heritage building. Our project involved a very bespoke design, and a number of challenges came up along the way - from incorrect architect's drawings to Council queries. Jono and the team stepped up and did an amazing job of resolving every issue. We have very high standards and the Niche team were committed to doing the best possible work. We got very good value for money from the project management as well as the building work, and would definitely use Niche again in future.

Niche Interior Projects have just completed a renovation of our kitchen/family room including the removal of two structural posts and replacing them with in ceiling steel beams. Jono and his team were a pleasure to have on site and our renovation was completed on time, on budget and to a high standard of workmanship. I worked on the delivery of a high end conservatory during a renovation that Jono was project managing. Niche Projects did an entire makeover of my apartment. I was under a very tight time frame so it was imperative it had to be done quickly & efficiently. Jono & his team worked tirelessly coordinating the tradesmen & I cannot talk more highly of their organisational skills & high standards. It was finished on time & it looked amazing.
